Cutting the Ribbon at General Motors CoGeneration Facility
August 31, 2020

We cut the ribbon on a CoGeneration facility at the General Motors Plant in St Catharines. Using landfill gas from Walker Industries, the $28 million project will lower the plant's carbon emissions by 70% making it one of the most environmentally friendly powertrain plants in the world. This project shows that a price on pollution works and creates innovative ideas for a more sustainable future.
