Though it has been an honour to serve as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Transport, I received a call from the Prime Minister to appoint me as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of the Environment and Climate Change Jonathan Wilkinson. Though the pandemic is priority for the government, climate change remains an existential threat to Canada and I look forward to this new challenge and helping to advance our ambitious environmental plan.
