St. Catharines City Council voted in favour of the 240 Scott Street development earlier this week.

We need to get more housing built. In St Catharines that means we need to add density in locations with access to transit and amenities like parks and shopping. I know it was a difficult decision for many of the councilors, and I’d like to thank them for committing to increase the housing supply and moving this proposal forward.
